OBJECTIVE
To celebrate the launch of Good American on ASOS, BAYY was brought on board to ideate, design and fully produce a one day only activation in central London. Inspired by factory kiosks, the team transformed a shopfront into a sleek ASOS x Good American collection point, complete with a fully functioning conveyor belt system. As guests approached, they were invited to press a branded button, triggering the iconic “You are cute jeans” audio before their goodies were delivered through a central pick-up chute via custom trays.
Digital screens enhanced the experience, with one displaying dynamic thermal-style visuals of denim travelling along a conveyor belt, while the other featured bespoke pick up window graphics to complete the factory-inspired illusion. The result was a playful, interactive moment that brought the Good American launch to life in a bold and memorable way.
Foot LockeR Brighton Activation
OBJECTIVE
As part of Foot Locker’s Expect the Unexpected: Summer Different campaign, BAYY was commissioned to conceptualise and deliver an immersive IRL activation. Set in an iconic fish and chip shop in the beachfront town of Brighton, BAYY curated and produced a one-day community pop-up designed to surprise and engage the public. Guests were invited to enjoy complimentary food, drinks and ice cream while taking part in a custom scratch card mechanic for the chance to win exclusive prizes.
With music and energy brought by LostBoysChannel, the activation transformed a classic seaside setting into a vibrant brand experience, creating a memorable moment that embodied the spirit of Foot Locker’s Summer Different campaign.
HOUSE OF CB X ASOS
OBJECTIVE
To celebrate the arrival of House of CB on ASOS, BAYY brought the concept “Pass a Peony, Write a Note” to life with a feel-good pop-up on London’s iconic Portobello Road.
The activation surprised the public with 250 single pink peonies, supplied by Sage Flowers. Each flower was paired with a blank note, inviting recipients to write a message before passing the peony on to the next person — creating a chain of positive affirmations shared throughout the day.
Designed to spark connection and joy, the activation turned a simple gesture into a memorable brand moment, spreading positivity across sunny London while celebrating the House of CB launch on ASOS. Production and execution by BAYY.
Don Julio 1942 PHONE CASE
OBJECTIVE
To celebrate the UK launch of Don Julio 1942 miniature bottles, BAYY designed and produced a bespoke gifting concept centred around 100 custom phone cases, each engineered to perfectly hold a 50ml bottle of Don Julio 1942.
Alongside the cases, BAYY developed the concept for the outer packaging, designing premium boxes inspired by the iconic Don Julio 1942 bottle packaging to create a cohesive and collectible presentation. The limited edition pieces were created exclusively for BAFTAs attendees and made available online in a restricted drop, turning the miniature launch into a highly shareable and sought-after moment.
New Balance X ASOS 9060 Locker Activation
OBJECTIVE
To celebrate the highly anticipated restock of the New Balance 9060 Overdyed Pink on ASOS, BAYY launched and produced a two day interactive activation across London and Manchester. At the centre of the experience were custom pink lockers, each secured with a lock and its own four-digit passcode. Clues to the winning code were teased across social media, with hints connected to the name of the trainer, encouraging audiences to follow along and take part.
Visitors were invited to try their luck by selecting a locker and entering a code for the chance to unlock a fresh pair of the sold-out trainers ahead of the re-release. Those who cracked the code walked away with the exclusive pair, while all other participants received an ASOS voucher, ensuring everyone left with something. The activation created excitement around the restock while driving footfall, social engagement and real-world interaction with the brand.
CENTRAL CEE PRIVATE LISTENING EXPERIENCE
OBJECTIVE
To celebrate the release of Can’t Rush Greatness, BAYY produced an exclusive private listening experience for 40 of Central Cee’s fans alongside friends and family. Hosted by FD From The Future, the event gave guests the opportunity to hear the unreleased album together with Central Cee over a relaxed breakfast setting before its public release.
Guests were sent a confidential meet up location where branded sprinters transported them to the secret venue. To maintain complete privacy, phones were collected before boarding and replaced on arrival with offline iPhones, allowing guests to capture content while protecting the undisclosed location.
Transforming a luxury mansion into Central Cee’s “home”, BAYY curated a warm and immersive environment filled with authentic personal touches. Interactive elements including a custom claw machine, bespoke pick and mix stand and a Nintendo Wii Mario Kart station created a playful atmosphere, turning the listening event into a memorable fan experience.

Create media packs to celebrate ten years since “pass out” was released.
CONTENTS:
BAYY created custom safes filled with naughties memorabilia. Each safe came with a custom blackberry curve which was personalized for each person receiving it.
Each blackberry contained Tinie Tempah music, a voice recording from him and a custom blackberry messenger app. The pack also included a custom Jack Daniel’s bottle with Tinie accolades, a custom coke bottle and reusable cup to create Tinie’s favorite drink.
To add a touch of nostalgia the whole safe was sprayed with versace blue cologne.
